Base cannot be removed from kettle to facilitate washing

Overall OK but base cannot be removed from kettle. Can't really wash the whole thing properly.Can only do a quick rinse cos can't get the power plug wet

Received slightly faulty item but exchange personally

Received one with slightly broken handle and slightly torn box so had to exchange a new set personally with the torn box, :(. Suggest that the seller would do a shrink wrapping before pasting the delivery label so that the box will be intact to be given as a gift.
