Ordered a multi cooker but received a kettle. And then I have to arrange for this wrong item to be sent back. And the seller will just conveniently refund back my money. It's a Waste of my time. Never buying from this seller again. If you don't have the correct product for sale be honest and don't waste consumer time by pretending to send wrong product and then making the consumer go through lengths of trouble to pack the damn item to return back you. Purchasing online is supposed to be a source of convenience and this store is not providing it.

Functions of this cooker seems good. However after boiling full pot of water as per suggestion ...to clean, it left stubborn stains at bottom of pot, for a 304 grade product, is this normal? I wonder.......
