I placed an order for the induction cooker and had waited for more than a week. When I finally had enough. Both me and my wife had went shopping just to get our hands on an induction cooker. Then I went online informing the seller about how disappointing I am, and how we had already bought an induction cooker, where we wish to return and refund this current one. First time messaging? The seller responded very first thing in the morning, and was saying something about compensating us. But as the message was unclear, hence I asked the seller and what does he mean? But for 2 whole days, the seller refuses to reply. Then suddenly today, a Ninja Van delivery guy came and delivered this induction cooker to us. As my wife is still angry with the late coming of the induction cooker, she reprimanded the delivery uncle. But to our surprise, the delivery guy told us that this delivery was a priority delivery which was placed at the last minute. What does that mean? The seller forgotten about our order? Not possible. But, what about replying me, then suddenly went quiet for 2 days without any response, and suddenly the delivery just popped out of nowhere?We are seriously extremely disappointed with the service from this seller.
