Suction power seems a little weak compared to my old brand less one, even at the high setting and wide suction cup. Maybe it’s because my face doesn’t have much gunk to suck out, but I only got stuff off my nose. The other thing that isn’t great is the touch button, too sensitive, I keep accidentally hitting it and it turns off/changes mode/speed! Shipping was a little slow considering it was local delivery and via q prime.

Received with go condition

Ordered last Saturday, received today and item was received in good condition. Overall, this product is easy to use, able to change the nozzles easily and able to switch on the device easily too. Suction is great for the nose and cheeks and the grip for the device is great. Thanks seller! 😊👍
