To be fair, I used to order Fresh Guard and Airish from this same seller and it’s good.But after both designs discontinued, I ordered BT black mask (green color packaging) and it arrives in different yellow packaging.It’s too small for me to breathe! Need to keep removing the mask for air. Quite disappointed ☹️

Shortage received. Ordered 2 qty of 100pcs (4 boxes- attached photo 1 sent by seller)But only received 1 qty of 100pcs (2 boxes- attached photo 2) qty per box is 50pcs (photo 3).Requested few times for seller to refund but the reply always was "Hello. The weight of one box is 647 g, and the shipping weight confirmed by the shipping company is 2.84 kg. 647 g * 4 = 2588 g (2.588 kg). . thank you."Been ordering fr this seller but this is the 1st time this kind of service received.

Many of the mask packaging burst and folded due to the impact and lack of space in the bag. 50 masks all STUFFED in one small polybag, Who would want to wear damaged masks and risk their health? You think we are buying for free? We paid with our hard earned money. Until now you still have the cheek to not take responsibility for your own mistake. Your shop will close down one day with such an attitude.
