Bought this shampoo for different hair type before with them, overall quite satisfied with the product, this time try another hair type shampoo...Delivery from Qxpress was not satisfying at all, the delivery guy just left the parcel outside my house at 11pm+ without ringing the doorbell or text me to informed me... What if the parcel is missing who is going to bear the responsibility???

Trying out this new shampoo for normal hair

After I ordered, my order for conditioners was cancelled and it resulted in the total amt is less than $60. Which means I was charged for delivery fees. Since I use cart and shop coupons, the discount was deducted which I don't understand. And my purpose of this order is to get the conditioners!!! Sigh!!!
