Thus once the water in the 'body' is no more, the eletric power supply will auto cut off. To save electricity, make sure you pour in the right amount of water in the 'body'; it might take a few trials to determine the right amount. I pour in 70ml water into the 'body' to cook one cup of porridge. (Cup given). I bought a small bowl n plate for extra dishes. Steaming pau 包 in it is so convenient. Highly recommended.
