**WARNING**I bought the product from Toyomi's official store on Qoo10.The stainless steel inner pot has three fairly deep scratches on the bottom.I messaged the seller to ask for a one-to-one exchange and they replied that such imperfections are common because the inner pots are handmade. It means that the seller acknowledge the existence of the three fairly deep scratches.The seller stopped communicating with me after I demanded a discount of $30.Qoo10's customer service is terrible because they tell me they are unable to help me.Lessons learned: Do not buy products from Toyomi. Do not buy stuff through Qoo10 because of the lousy customer service. Go to Qoo10's rival e-commerce sites.
